Nature Based Enrichment Groups
Did you know studies show 2 of every 3 parents are worried about their child’s screen time usage? What if there was an answer to relieve this concern without the discontentment from your child? Our nature based groups are all about getting kids to learn again through play and sensing the natural world, not a digital one. This group is about integrating children back into the outdoors through fun, play based and meaningful activities. These groups will focus on enriching your child’s developmental skills in fine motor, gross motor, sensory regulation, and cognition while increasing their sense of community and socialization. These groups are opportunities for ALL kids within the community, not just those who are receiving or need therapy services. We are passionate about getting kids away from screens and moving again which is the catalyst for all development.

“I absolutely loved Roots Camp! However, not as much as my son did. Every day he came home excited to tell me new things he had done, learned, investigated, and had the most fun with! He was worn out by the end of it, but was glad to go back every single day to do it all over again. The therapists were always so patient, wonderful, and caring with him. I always feel the need to over explain my sons extra needs or extra energy with new people and the therapists took everything he did in stride. I never once had to worry about him because I was confident they could handle everything. My son opened up so much to me during camp days and I truly felt like he grew so much in that short amount of time. I am beyond pleased with the camps offered and can’t wait to sign him up again next year.” – Parent of Roots Camper

Developmental Classes
Come to our community baby classes to connect with other families who are asking many of the same questions about their little one grows. We want to provide support, assurance and training so you feel empowered to enrich your child’s development and play time.
This includes a focus on the baby’s gross motor, fine motor, cognitive, emotional, and social development, fostering a holistic understanding of their progress and their strengths.
Our classes are designed to be play based, connecting, and resource filled from pediatric occupational therapists. These are non-therapy classes and made for all parents and families in the community. This is a great gift to first time parents/caregivers as it provides that assurance and support in those first years of life.
NOW AVAILABLE!! See class options (Sprouts, Seedlings, Blooms) below based on your child’s age. Please register below with details of dates, time and pricing!

Sensational Parents
This non-therapy service offers parents and caregivers training support in understanding and managing their child’s sensory preferences and differences. Through this collaboration, parents gain valuable insights and skills to help their child succeed in daily activities such as eating, self-help routines, family outings, and more. We want to teach you the value and methods used for co-regulation, so you and your child can feel successful in all the places you go. The service encompasses a range of strategies, including home program suggestions and in-person demonstrations, all grounded in occupational therapy clinical expertise and evidence-based practices. This service is for ALL parents, not just for parents of children accessing skilled therapy services.
COMING SOON! Please complete our interest form below and we will notify you first with upcoming dates and class times.
